What a great way to start 2018. Our clients enjoyed a full day of mind and movement sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Shaw Hill Country Club and Spa.
A day of sessions led by experienced health and wellbeing professionals. The classes included Pilates, Nordic Walking, Stretch & Release, Mindfulness and Meditation.
After a delicious lunch prepared by the Shaw Hill chefs, everyone spent some time relaxing in the spa area in fluffy robes and slippers.
As the day drew to a close, everyone cuddled up in blankets and switched off in a meditation and mindfulness class.

Our retreat day at Shaw Hill was met with rave reviews this year.
During the day everyone enjoyed Yoga, Pilates and Meditation classes in the beautiful surroundings of Shaw Hill.
A nutritious lunch and snacks were served throughout the day.
Then everyone took time out to enjoy a refreshing swim and chill in the spa.
