To register your interest for any of the classes, please send your enquiry via the contact page. 

All equipment is provided for the classes. Classes will be taught in the format shown below. If you are not sure which level is appropriate for you, please get in touch to discuss this with our teachers.

Where classes are shown as fully booked, please contact us to put your name on the waiting list. 

  • L1 - For those starting their Pilates journey (Also suitable for clients suffering with injury/conditions requiring extra tuition/modifications)
  • L2 - A class for those ready to progess to the next level.
  • L3 - Classes for the experienced

 
Pilates Classes - £37.00 per 6 week course.

Cancellation And Missed Classes Policy.

All of our Pilates courses are payable in full prior to the first session. 

To feel the full benefits of Pilates, it is recommended that you attend all of your sessions. It is your responsibility to attend the classes that you have signed up for. 

Should you be unable to attend any of your sessions, please make contact and every effort will be made to offer you an alternative class on the timetable (subject to availability). You will have 3 months to use any missed classes. You must be currently on our classes to take advantage of making up missed sessions. 

If you cancel your booking for any of our services, with less than 24 hours notice, full payment will be required. In the unlikely event of us cancelling a session, you will be refunded for that session.

Absolute Beginners Pilates Course

This course is a progressive programme designed to teach you the basic principles of Pilates. Once you have completed this progressive 5 week course, you will with have the knowledge and skills to move to a L1 or Mixed ability level class. 

We cannot offer alternative classes, for any missed sessions on the absolute beginners courses. This is a stand alone programme to be completed in full. 

For those who are new to Pilates, we recommend attending either 1:1 Pilates clinic, or completing our 5 week beginners course. This will teach you all the basic principles of Pilates and give you the confidence to progress into a class setting, when your are ready.

POP UP CARDIO CORE - Let It Move You 

 

 

This class aims to improve your fitness levels. A high intensity, low impact, interval and core class to boost your bone loading exercise, metabolic efficiency, cardiovascular and muscular systems. (Suitable for all levels as modifications and adaptations will be given.)

Next Class - 9.30am Sunday 19th May

£6 per person. Weather permitting, this class will be held in Astley Park, Chorley. 

 

 

Pop Up Barre Pilates 

Friday 14th June 2019 - 6.45pm 

£7.00 per person. 

Please let us know if you would like to attend, as there are limited places available for this class. 

 

Barre Pilates Method combines simple ballet barre technique with the principles of Pilates. 

This is a fun, effective workout with no dance experience needed. 

A great class for building strength and loading bones.
